We ship all orders via Royal Mail tracked delivery. Orders are dispatched from Threlkeld, Cumbria.
Free UK shipping on all orders over £30. Orders under £30 are charged at £3.50.
Standard delivery takes 2–3 working days once dispatched. You'll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.

For any personalised item, we'll send you a digital proof by email before we cut anything. We don't start making until you've approved the proof, so please check your email after ordering. If you need changes to the proof, just let us know — we'll revise it until you're happy.
If you're not happy with a standard (non-personalised) item, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Personalised and custom items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty — which is why we always send a proof first.
To start a return, contact us with your order details and we'll arrange it.
We package everything carefully, but if something arrives damaged please email us at hello@slatethelakes.co.uk with a photo of the damage within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace it or issue a full refund.
